Don’t be desperate! Reserve some time for yourself and come play tennis from 9 to 11.30am Wednesdays. We will arrange doubles – in a alternating partners format – on our newly refurbished synthetic courts and Clubhouse at 548 Bridge Street (next to Bridge Street Plaza Shopping Centre cnr Boundary Rd) Cost is only $15 unless you have a TM Membership, in which case it will be $12 or $10 and we will provide tea or coffee.

Thursday Ladies Workout/Cardio Tennis 10.30 to 11.30am
Still feeling desperate? Then saddle up for a workout – a tennis workout – with Wayne. He will be gentle! In no time at all you will relax and that desperation quotient will be back to normal and you will feel invigorated – ready to face the world again! Come on, have some fun?
Tennis Mason offers a Tennis Workout for adults twice per week – 7 to 8pm Mondays and Wednesdays (Mixed Adults) and a third on Thursdays for Ladies Only 10.30am to 11.30am. Groups are maximum of 8 and cost is $15. If you hold a TM Membership cost is reduced to $12 or $10 accordingly.
Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity, combining the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning, aerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is a global brand recognised in over 30 countries, and is part of Tennis Australia’s commitment to getting more people playing tennis, more often. Cardio Tennis allows coaches to offer a fun group activity, appealing to players of all ages and skill levels.
The workouts are fitness based and are not designed to be a tennis lesson. We adapt to your fitness level. Content changes to suit each group. Your feedback is highly encouraged.
As there are maximum group sizes, bookings are essential please.
Friday Adult/Seniors Social Tennis – Ladies and Gentlemen
Social Tennis in a friendly atmosphere – All standards ….meet with like minded others.
If you are over 19 and under 101 you may wish to come along Fridays, 7pm to 9pm. Matches are organized and we can supply equipment no cost if you let us know when you reserve your place. Meet and play with like minded others. Complete 3 Matches with different partners each week.
Please reserve your place with Jan prior to each Friday (phone 4633 3333 Mon to Fri 9am to 4pm) as numbers are limited to 12. Cost is $15.
Please also note that beginning in June we will provide a free sausage sizzle on the 2nd Friday of each month. Cost is sill $15 and we will extend the numbers to 16 so please do reserve your place.
