Adults Senior Workout/Cardio Tennis

Tennis Mason offers a Tennis Workout for adults weekly – 7 to 8pm or 8 to 9pm Mondays and Wednesdays (Mixed Adults) and on Thursdays and Fridays for Ladies Only 8.30am to 9.30am. Groups are maximum of 6.

Cost is $20 for 'one off' attendence which must be booked in advance and $65 per calendar Month. Monthly lessons offer a minimum of 4 lessons per month. Please register in advance as numbers are restricted to 6 players per workout!

You are welcome to bring a friend to try a FREE Cardio workout but please register first.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity, combining the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning, aerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is a global brand recognised in over 30 countries, and is part of Tennis Australia’s commitment to getting more people playing tennis, more often. Cardio Tennis allows coaches to offer a fun group activity, appealing to players of all ages and skill levels.

The workouts are fitness based and are not designed to be a tennis lesson. The continuous workout lasts 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes devoted to 'cool-down' and general rallying.

We adapt to your fitness level. Content changes to suit each individual group. Your feedback is highly encouraged.
